We’re one of 120+ dispensaries in Vancouver (over 300 in Canada) that are NOT operating under the federally-approved medical marijuana system. To qualify under the federal system, you’ll need to get a doctor’s approval and Health Canada’s permission to purchase from one of the 26 licensed producers. City Hall and VPD have allowed dispensaries to proliferate so people can safely access medicine, so long as there are no sales to minors or any gang affiliations.
There are about 20 mail order marijuana sites in Vancouver. Vancouver has been shipping weed in the mail since the 90’s and to date, we know of no-one who has ever been charged with receiving pot in the mail.
That being said, there is still a risk on both ends as we are not working with any federal approval.
Please apply for a personal membership. This will allow you to log into our site and make purchases.
Your order will be discretely packaged and vacuum-sealed to protect and maintain your privacy. We ship using Xpresspost mailers or nondescript boxes with no indication of what is inside.
When an order is placed, it is automatically updated as being “On Hold” until your payment has been received and deposited to our account. Your bank should send you a notification as soon as the transfer has been accepted by our finance department. Once your eTransfer has been registered in our order system, your order proceeds to packing and shipping and will be released within 1-3 business days. Once the order has been shipped, the status will be changed to “Complete”. You will then receive a notification from us detailing your order and containing your tracking information.
To ensure the best possible outcomes for your product to be packed and shipped, we recommend you order first thing Monday morning and send in your eTransfer immediately after. Please ensure that you include your order number and make sure to use the password we provide you in your order confirmation email.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM PST. The later in the week you send in your order, the greater possibility your order will not make the Canada Post cutoff time for orders to go out before the weekend.
We ship out of British Columbia using the Xpresspost service by Canada Post.
If there is a postal strike, we will use a different service to ensure that all orders continue to be processed. If there are other kinds of service interruptions, we will react accordingly, depending on the interruption type. Our priority is to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Payment is made using Interac E-transfer. If you use online banking with a Canadian bank or credit union, then sending a transfer takes just a couple of minutes.
Instructions will be provided with your online invoice and orders ship only after E-Transfer have been received. If you are new to Interac E-transfers, please visit http://www.interac.ca/en/interac-e-transfer-consumer.html
If you use online banking with a Canadian bank/credit union, then sending an Interac E-transfer takes just a couple of minutes.
Google is a great tool and if you search “your bank name” + Interac E-transfer in Google.ca, you should easily find instructions on how to send a transfer with your financial institution.
For information on sending an E-transfer, please contact your bank or http://www.interac.ca/en/interac-e-transfer-consumer.html
Once you’ve placed your order, the next step in the process will be to submit an Interac E-transfer. Your order will be kept On Hold till we receive your E-transfer. If we do not receive your payment within 7 days, your order will be canceled.
When an order is placed, it’s status is seen as ‘on hold’ until your payment has been received and deposited into our account. Your bank should notify you as soon as the transfer has been accepted. Once accepted, your order will be packed within 2-3 days, and the status will be changed to ‘complete’. We will notify you once your order has been completed, and a tracking number will be provided to you in an email from Canada Post.
Orders are processed in our warehouse 2-3 days after your payment has been received and deposited into our account. Processing times are the same for each order, regardless of the shipping option chosen. Once your package has left our facility, shipping times vary depending on which shipping method you have chosen. Unfortunately, paying for faster shipping times will not influence the time it takes to process and pack your order. To speed up processing times, we recommend placing orders early Monday morning and sending your e-transfer immediately afterwords, ensuring your order number is included in the notes of your transfer. Our office hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday, so orders placed later in the week may miss the weekend cutoff for being taken to Canada Post.
Our orders are packed and shipped in priority sequence as quickly as possible, typically within 2 to 3 business days. Processing time is the same for every order, regardless of the type of shipping you have chosen. There is no way of paying extra to expedite the order processing.
As we are unable to accept eTransfers without knowing which order to apply it to, we recommend you simply cancel your eTransfer and resend it, ensuring you include your order number.
If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post.
If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement package, free of charge.
We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.
If Canada Post is unable to deliver directly to you, a notice will be left letting you know where you can pick up your parcel. Often this is at your local post office or at a Canada Post desk at a local business. If you have ordered with us before, feel free to include a note on your order requesting that we ship without requiring a signature.
Most importantly, try to remain calm. Cannabis is classified as a biphasic substance meaning it can intensify some physical responses. This can cause unintended effects if you consume too much mostly in the form of a few possible outcomes, for instance. fatigue, paranoia, rapid heartbeat, decreased blood pressure, nausea and general discomfort. CBDs have a synergistic interaction with THC and can help mitigate THC-induced anxiety. You can also try eating a snack with fresh ground black pepper on it. Black pepper balls have a terpene called beta-caryophyliene which can also help to reduce the effects of THC.
This is a difficult question to answer because everyone is different physically and with the amount they require. Working within a range of 2.5mg THC and 1mg of CBD orally to 200-300mg daily is a reasonable range. Some MOTA products contain very high levels of cannabinoids and should be consumed in very small amounts initially, in order to find your dosage level.
We will email your tracking number before it has been scanned in at the post office. Until it has been scanned in, your tracking number will not be trackable on the Canada Post website.
Please wait until the end of the day and your tracking number should appear correctly. If it does not, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it.
Yes, because cannabinoids and fats are both hydrophobic, CBDs and THCs both dissolve well in fat. The best fats to use include clarified butter, coconut oil and olive oil.
If you are unsure about how much you should be consuming, your best method is to take a very little amount and then wait to see if you experience any effects. If you do not, take the same small amount and wait for the same amount of time to see if that dosage is sufficient. Continue with this pattern of a small amount administered slowly over a long period of time until you reach a level you are comfortable with and record this amount as your dosage. Best practices involve a low dose slowly ingested over longer periods of time.
Typically when you use a CBD cream topically, it is for localized relief as the cannabinoid receptors locally will absorb and make use of the CBDs. As the skin is not actually very permeable, there is little to no bloodstream absorption through the skin. Keep this in mind when applying CBD creams, you will need to be very liberal in the application. If you apply sufficient cream to your skin, your skin pores will absorb the CBD and affect the local area.
The quickest method to absorb the CBDs would be sublingually meaning under the tongue. Holding the CBD food item under the tongue until it dissolves enables the mucus membranes to absorb the product directly into the bloodstream thereby bypassing the digestive system completely.
Absorption rates depend on your method of consumption. If you eat a CBD product, the CBD must travel through your digestive tract. Depending on your own personal metabolism, this can be quite slow, possibly taking 2 or more hours as it must pass through the digestive system and be absorbed by the liver. Take this into consideration when determining if you should consume more of the product. Perhaps wait a few hours to see if your absorption rates are slow.
A 60 ml oil treatment is intended to last approximately 90 days. As you will not be used to the levels of cannabinoids initially, it is recommended you work up to a full dose slowly, starting with 3 doses a day, about the size of half a short grain of rice per 8 hours. This would be approximately ¼ of a drop. Please wait at least an hour to experience any effects. Slowly, over time, increase this dosage every 4 days until you can comfortably consume 1 ml per day.
